Liability Waiver

I understand that operating or riding an ATV involves risks including injury, disability, death, collisions, rollovers, property damage, changing trail conditions, and mechanical failure. I voluntarily assume all risks related to renting, operating, transporting, loading, unloading, or riding ATV equipment.

I agree to follow all safety rules, wear required safety equipment, operate only in approved legal riding areas, and return the ATV in the same condition received. I accept responsibility for damage, theft, loss, recovery fees, late fees, cleaning fees, and policy violations.

I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webb's ATVs & Wetlands, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims or damages arising from my rental or use of the equipment to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Delivery must be to an approved legal riding location. Customer is responsible for having permission to ride.

Rental Policies

Valid government-issued ID required.
Signed waiver and rental agreement required before use.
Security deposit required for every ATV.
Helmet and safety gear required.
No alcohol, drugs, racing, reckless riding, or unauthorized riders.
ATVs may only be used in approved legal riding areas.
Customer is responsible for damage, theft, loss, late returns, recovery, and cleaning fees.
